A Property Consultancy that has developed full technical in-house capability, with a fully integrated and established M&E Asset Engineering Team. The team provides expert guidance on building engineering system performance and sustainability and feeds of the M&E projects that occur across all their client’s buildings and portfolio’s. The role will give you direct access to clients, working on the client’s behalf as part of the client team. You will be responsible for: Building Services MEP Asset Management Engineering/Consultancy Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Performance Specifications, Plant Replacement projects, Maintenance Strategies, Life Cycle Costing, and Development Monitoring. Building and maintaining a deep understanding of existing clients. Working effectively with and supports other team members and departments to achieve seamless client service.
