Your new company You will be joining a well‑established SME multidisciplinary consultancy with several offices across the UK and a newly formalised office in Birmingham. The company is now looking to appoint a Building Services Director to lead, strengthen, and grow this important regional base, with full support from the wider leadership team.Your new role As Building Services Director, you will lead the Birmingham office's technical, commercial and operational performance. You will oversee and develop the existing team while scaling the office to approximately 15 staff as project demand grows.You will act as a senior technical lead on Building Services / MEP projects, drive client relationships, and support business development activity. While the consultancy has a strong presence in the public sector, there is full scope for you to further expand this portfolio or increase commercial sector work in line with your expertise. This is a hybrid role with excellent flexibility, typically requiring around two days per week in the Birmingham office. Building Services Quantity Surveyor

Your new role As a Building Services Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of multimillion‑pound mechanical and electrical (MEP) packages relating to pumping stations and building services.
