Your new role This role supports the Directors in project delivery. The successful candidate will oversee design activities aligned with project milestones and contribute to staff development and interoffice collaboration. Lead and manage multiple technical design packages, ensuring high performance and appropriate technical responses. Take full technical responsibility for mechanical building services outputs. Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts. Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to the Building Services team. Drive effective project implementation and lead technical planning processes. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate should be currently operating at a senior level with proven ability to manage resources and maintain technical excellence. Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services discipline. Practical experience in a similar role, with working knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including Part L and CIBSE comfort criteria across various building types. Revit / CAD Technician (MEP) Location: Nottingham Salary: £35K - £50K (Dependant on experience) About the Role An established Building Services Engineering Consultancy is seeking a skilled Revit / CAD Technician to support its multidisciplinary team in delivering coordinated MEP design solutions across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will produce high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD, contributing to efficient and accurate BIM outputs throughout all project stages. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD. Apply company standards and best practices consistently across all drawings. Support the development and implementation of Revit processes and BIM standards. Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure coordination and design accuracy. Manage project information and deliver work to agreed quality standards and deadlines. About You 2–3+ years of experience using Revit MEP within a building services or construction environment.
