Mechanical Project Manager Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Project Manager to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial office fit-out projects across Central London. This is a site-based role overseeing CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-outs, with a focus on the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, and associated mechanical plant. Project values typically range from £2m to £8m. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical services installations, ideally within the commercial sector. Responsibilities will include: Project programming and planning Preparation and management of technical submittals Procurement of materials and subcontractors Subcontractor and labour management Cost control and budget management Progress reporting Health & safety management Project and programme implementation Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and designs Attending and leading technical and progress meetings Regular site inspections and snagging Compilation and handover of O&M manuals Salary & Package £70,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience) Travel expenses to site covered 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 2 years’ service) Pension scheme This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-value commercial projects in London. HVAC Project Manager
We are currently representing a well-established HVAC specialist based in Buckinghamshire that has been successfully operating since 2013. Due to continued growth and expansion of their retail service portfolio, they are looking to appoint a HVAC Project Manager for their growing installations team. The business employs a team of skilled HVAC engineers and works with a number of major retail and luxury brand clients, delivering high-quality HVAC service and facilities management solutions. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of HVAC installations works across various high end commercial contracts. You will act as the key point of contact between clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of HVAC installation projects. Coordinate and schedule works for a team of in-house engineers and sub-contractors Act as the main point of contact for client relationships and service delivery Monitor contract performance and ensure service level agreements are met Manage client portals and reporting systems Support contract negotiations, renewals, and service improvements Liaise with internal helpdesk teams to prioritise and allocate works Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards Provide technical support to engineers where required Requirements – Essential Able to build relationships with main contractors, clients and other parties Understanding of project management principles’. Familiar with construction methodologies and procedures. Willing to travel to customer sites, which may include staying away overnight. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. Ability to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve best results.
