Technical Development – Learning to prepare technical reports, specifications, and CAD drawings, ensuring a well-rounded skill set. You'll work on both UK and international projects and feel good that you are helping define, design, and deliver meaningful projects. You'll be given the freedom to lead your own projects, yet have full support and backing from the Directors or Associates when you need it.
