Ventilation Engineer – London – 42 - 48K Location: Mobile – Ideal Engineer based in London & M25. Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 (DOE) OTE Potential: £65,000 – £75,000 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client is a rapidly growing FM provider delivering specialist M&E services across commercial properties. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Ventilation Engineer to join their maintenance and projects division. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Ventilation Engineer with strong M&E experience to take on a mobile role covering a well-organised patch. You will lead kitchen extract and supply fan replacements, carry out small ductwork installations and alterations, and undertake associated electrical works across a range of commercial environments. The role offers strong earning potential, regular overtime, and genuine opportunities to increase your basic salary. Key Responsibilities Lead engineer on kitchen extract and supply fan replacements Carry out small ductwork installations and modifications Undertake ductwork alterations to facilitate replacement kitchen supply and extract fans Wire and commission replacement fans Wire and configure inverters Work on and fault-find kitchen interlock systems Produce detailed remedial repair reports including replacement component information Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on-site Participate in the 1-in-4 call-out rota What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience within the M&E sector Proven experience working on commercial properties Strong knowledge of ventilation systems, particularly kitchen extract and supply systems Electrical knowledge and experience wiring fans, inverters and interlock systems Ability to carry out small ductwork installations and alterations Confident working independently and as part of a team Strong reporting and diagnostic skills Full UK Driving Licence Salary & Package £42,000 – £48,000 basic (depending on experience and qualifications) Travel time paid on any travel over 1 hour per day Flexible early finish – paid full day if the job is done early and cleared with the office Regular overtime opportunities paid at enhanced rates Company van & fuel card Phone and uniform provided 21 days paid holiday + Bank Company pension scheme 1 in 4 call-out rota – 3 hours minimum and first-time fix bonuses. Fire Engineering Director - Building Services

Experience across public sector and/or commercial building environments. Proven ability to build a team and create a new service line from scratch. Strong commercial understanding, with confidence in building client relationships and securing new work. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Chartered or progressing toward chartership (CEng, MIFireE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
