Associate Electrical Engineer
Associate Electrical Engineer – London - To £65K + Flexible working from home 4/5 days per week + 10% Bonus + Car Allowance Are you a Senior/Associate level engineer living in London or the home counties, interested in a work-life balance that allows you to work from home 4/5 days a week? They carry out diagnostic work for clients considering lease renewals and can often be called upon by their clients to fix mistakes made by previous consultancies. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from early-stage Scope of Works and Performance Specifications, Design Monitoring, Detailed Design, Project Management/Budgeting, Project Coordination, Licence to Alter and all-round client advisory. Clients include small to large managing agents, surveyors, developers, and the MOD. You will be expected to be an integral part of the growing team, contributing to the success of the projects, and maintaining their high standards of quality and compliance. You will have the opportunity to work on CAT A & CAT B design projects on predominantly existing buildings and some new builds across a variety of sectors including, Commercial, Education, Hotels, Residential and Healthcare. You'll be working closely with the Project Health & Safety Manager, managing ISO45001 systems, and acting as the go-to safety advisor for site management and operational teams.
