Your new role You will deliver a comprehensive surveying and project management service across a varied occupied portfolio across your geographical area. This will involve undertaking inspections, surveys, and audits, managing works ranging from reactive repairs through to planned maintenance programmes. You will take ownership of the full project life-cycle, from initial diagnosis and specification through to tender, contract management, and site supervision. A key part of your role, will be the management of cyclical planned maintenance work - ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion. What you'll need to succeed Good experience delivering planned maintenance programmes across multi-property portfolios. A proven track record in maintenance inspections, defect diagnosis, an repair management, particular within residential settings. Demonstrable experience managing the full project life-cycle, from inception through to completion. Working knowledge of CDM regulations. This means that Commercial Property Consultancies do not have to competitively tender for projects resulting in projects being costed correctly, creating profit and not loss, resulting in a less pressurised environment, with acceptable working hours and providing the luxury of being able to recruit more engineers when required, pay well and reward well with significant annual bonuses. This means there is, indeed, an easier way. As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you’ll be part of a team on working projects from concept through detailed design to completion and handover.
