Your new role As Head of Property Maintenance, you will provide strategic direction, operational leadership and professional oversight for all planned, reactive and compliance‑related maintenance activities. You will ensure that buildings and assets are safe, well maintained and aligned with organisational standards, statutory requirements and best practice. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage external contractors, oversee budgets and drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large‑scale maintenance programmes. Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, compliance, asset management and statutory requirements. Demonstrable experience managing contractors, budgets and procurement processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills.
