Your responsibilities will encompass everything from early-stage Scope of Works and Performance Specifications, Design Monitoring, Detailed Design, Project Management/Budgeting, Project Coordination, Licence to Alter and all-round client advisory. Clients include small to large managing agents, surveyors, developers, and the MOD. You will be expected to be an integral part of the growing team, contributing to the success of the projects, and maintaining their high standards of quality and compliance.
