MEP Revit / CAD Technician,

Your new role As an MEP Revit / CAD Technician, you will support engineers by producing accurate 3D models and coordinated drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. You'll be involved in projects from concept through to completion, ensuring BIM outputs meet project requirements. Responsibilities include: Developing detailed 2D and 3D models of mechanical and electrical services. Applying company standards and staying current with Revit and AutoCAD updates. Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure design accuracy. Managing design information flow and meeting deadlines. What you'll need to succeed 2-3 years' experience using Revit MEP in a building services consultancy or contractor environment. Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems. Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD (Navisworks desirable). Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination principles. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. Desirable: Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards, Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar tools.
