Intermediate / Senior Electrical Design Engineer  Location: South East London – Hybrid  Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and seniority  Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, flexible  Leave: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, birthday leave   A well-established building services consultancy, based in South East London, is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their collaborative and close-knit team. The company delivers design and project management services across a range of projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use and healthcare schemes. This is an opportunity to work closely with Electrical Director with lots of room for your own progression at an employee-centric business.   About the Role  You will work on a variety of projects from high-end residential refurbishments to large-scale commercial schemes, designing and delivering electrical systems. You will gain exposure to RIBA stages 1 to 7, collaborating with mechanical engineers, directors and clients. Senior engineers will also have the opportunity to lead projects and gain commercial and management experience.  Key Responsibilities  Intermediate Level  Design electrical systems in line with client briefs, building regulations and British Standards  Prepare drawings, schedules and specifications  Undertake calculations for lighting (Dialux Evo), cable sizing (Amtech) and load schedules  Work closely with mechanical colleagues to ensure coordinated designs  Support and mentor junior engineers  Attend client and project meetings  Senior Level  Lead electrical design on multiple projects  Provide strategic input into company development and client relationships  Mentor and guide junior engineers  Work closely with directors to gain commercial and project management experience  What You Will Get  Hybrid working with flexible arrangements  Regular one-to-one meetings with directors for career development  Monthly CPD sessions in-office or online  Full support for Chartered Engineer status  Annual profit share bonus  Quarterly and monthly team social events  Exposure to a variety of high-profile projects  Ideal Candidate  Ideally 3 years’ experience in building services electrical design, preferably in a consultancy environment  Essential: proficiency in Amtech and Dialux Evo  Desirable: experience with AutoCAD, Revit, IES VE and other design software  Collaborative, adaptable and keen to progress professionally  Passionate about sustainable and innovative engineering solutions  This role offers excellent opportunities to work on varied and high-quality projects while being part of a supportive and professional team that values personal development and career growth.  Apply here now!

Senior Electrical engineer

I am looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the delivery of innovative building services solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.
