Your new role Assist in designing mechanical and electrical building services systems for hospitality, commercial, and industrial projects. Produce detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit. Carry out load calculations, energy assessments, and system sizing under guidance. What you'll need to succeed Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant Building Services discipline. Strong understanding of building services principles. Desirable Previous experience in a building services consultancy or contractor environment. Knowledge of CIBSE guidelines and UK Building Regulations. The successful candidate will; Undertake and have experience running IES and IES HVAC simulation based energy modelling to predict building performance. Be able to inform design decisions at each design stage through predictive parametric modelling, maximising opportunities for comfort and sustainability and minimising building design risks related to energy usage and carbon output.
