As a Mechanical Associate, you will partner directly with signature architects, major developers, and high-net-worth individuals on projects. You'll have full autonomy over a diverse range of projects, including: Data Centres - Upgrades to multiple facilities in Europe Commercial Offices - Refurbishment of the International Bank's HQ building. Heritage and Conservation - Major refurbishment of a hotel set in a wildlife park environment. Upgrades to places of worship and frameworks with major London Museums. Super-prime residential developments across London use battery storage, hydrogen, and SMART building technology. Hotels - New build, luxury 250-room hotel in London This MEP and Sustainability Consultancy never takes on more work than it can deliver. They also never enter a "fastest race to the bottom" bidding war against other consultants for project work. As a Mechanical Associate, you will be involved in projects across RIBA Stages 0 - 7 (not just RIBA Stages 2 to 4) and will be involved in everything from feasibility studies, surveys, planning, performance specifications, concept, and detailed design, as well as monitoring and supervising the installation during the construction stage. Requirements 6+ years of experience as an HVAC design engineer Familiarity with IESVe, Bentley Open Buildings Designer, or H2X. Good communicator, able to lead meetings Right to work in the UK.

In order to be considered for this role you will have: A degree qualification - mechanical or building services (Chartered or working towards). Software design ideally including Microsoft Office, Hevacomp, IES, TAS or Cymap. Knowledge of British standards, building regulations documents, etc. Knowledge of HTMs would also be of benefit.
