Mechanical Associate - To £85K + Package + Up to 15% Bonus With projects ranging from the largest regeneration project in Europe (€8 billion), data centres, to the sensitive refurbishment of Grade I and Grade II Listed buildings, this is a unique opportunity. As a Mechanical Associate, you'll work directly with (not just for) the founding Director, a charismatic, chartered engineer who never compromises on quality. As a Mechanical Associate, you'll liaise directly with architects, developers, and project managers. You'll set client briefs, review or produce designs, manage technical delivery, and ensure smooth coordination across all disciplines. You'll manage the mechanical team, review their IESVe and Revit models, and be accountable for the technical and financial success of projects. Requirements Degree qualified and preferably Chartered 8+ years' experience in the Building Services industry Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and sustainable design principles Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to liaise with architects, developers, and clients Full UK working rights (no sponsorship available) Benefits Involvement in UK and international projects Up to £85,000 basic salary 25 days of annual leave Performance and pay review within the first 6 months True flexible working hours Annual bonus (typically 10-15%) Matched pension up to 5% Clear route to the Director Profit share
