Mechanical Foreman

Your new company We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services contractor with over four decades of experience delivering mechanical and electrical solutions across a wide range of sectors, including industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, data centres, and commercial developments. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they continue to expand their UK operations and have recently secured multiple new projects in the Kettering area. Your new role As a Mechanical Foreman, you'll be responsible for supervising mechanical installation teams on-site, ensuring work is completed to specification, on time, and in line with health and safety standards. You'll coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, manage site resources, and maintain accurate records of progress.
