Electrical Project Manager/ Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

Your new role This is a 50/50 split position combining the responsibilities of an Electrical Project Manager and an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS).On the project management side, you will be responsible for managing commercial electrical projects from handover through to completion, overseeing programmes, labour, materials, budgets, and client relationships. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required specification, while maintaining excellent standards on site. Alongside this, you will act as the business's Qualifying Supervisor, taking ownership of electrical compliance, inspection and testing, certification, and adherence to BS 7671 and relevant industry standards. You will provide technical leadership to site teams and support ongoing quality assurance across the business. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable managing projects and holding technical responsibility. Your new role A MEP Revit technician is needed to join the growing team based in Liverpool using CAD and Revit to produce 2D & 3D models according to the company's data management strategy. Handle complex drafting assignments under minimum supervision from senior team members. Create and develop 2D & 3D models and working drawings from sketches or descriptions developed by engineers for MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and containment.
