They're expanding and looking for Junior and Intermediate Electrical Design Engineers who want to work on prestigious projects while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance. Your new role Assist in designing electrical building services systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and data systems for hospitality, commercial, and industrial projects. Produce detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit. Carry out electrical load calculations, cable sizing, and energy assessments under guidance. Support in the design of emergency lighting and small power systems. Work closely with senior engineers to deliver high-quality, design-focused solutions. What you'll need to succeed Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant Building Services discipline. Strong understanding of electrical building services principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Desirable Previous experience in a building services consultancy or contractor environment. Knowledge of CIBSE guidelines and UK Building Regulations. Electrical Project Manager

Your new company Our client is a multidisciplined building services engineering practice that provides a strategic and innovative approach to delivering engineering and management consultancy services for its clients. Due to significant growth, this practice is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team based in Belfast. Delivering large-scale residential/mixed-use and industrial projects throughout the UK & Ireland, their engineering and management consultancy services are in demand with some of the world's biggest brands. Your new role You will take ownership of electrical and mechanical project delivery across major schemes in the Institutional Residential and Industrial sectors in the UK. Travel will be required once a month for site visits - all trips are same-day with no overnight stays. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical and mechanical project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and client requirements. Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource plans. Communicate directly with clients, project teams, and outsourced delivery partners. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee technical reviews, risk management, and quality assurance processes. Monitor financial performance, WIP management, and reporting on project progress. Proven experience (4+ years) in electrical project management or contracts management within the building services industry. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. Comfortable in a client-facing role with strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in project planning, financial management, and resource allocation. Familiarity with major digital engineering tools (CAD/Revit, Amtech) and BIM environments. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You will support the Head of Property Investment to ensure that the estate is efficient, effective, and sustainable, managing projects from initial brief through to handover whilst working closely with internal teams, landlords, planning authorities, and external service providers. Managing the delivery of estate capital works programmes, ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets, and compliance with corporate programme and project management principles, procedures, and processes. Senior Electrical Engineer

Minimum of 6  years' UK experience in electrical design engineering within the building services industry. ideally Chartered Engineer status. Knowledge and experience of British Standards and relevant codes of practice. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience in using electrical design software such as Amtech, Dialux, or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
