Senior Mechanical Engineer
A respected engineering consultancy with a strong presence across the UK is looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Engineer to strengthen its Building Services division. Based near the vibrant Spinningfields district, the Manchester office provides a modern and collaborative working environment. The team delivers engineering, planning, and environmental consultancy services to a range of high-profile and technically challenging schemes both across the UK and internationally. Current projects include sustainable commercial developments, advanced healthcare facilities, major residential schemes, and award-winning retail projects. The Position This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to take on a senior role within a growing MEP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality mechanical building services designs across a range of projects, while also helping to mentor junior staff and supporting the ongoing expansion of the team. Senior Revit Technician
A well-established engineering and consultancy practice is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to become part of its Building Services team in Manchester. The company provides integrated engineering, environmental, and planning solutions on projects throughout the UK, covering sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments. The Opportunity This position is suited to an experienced MEP Revit professional who can contribute to the development and coordination of detailed BIM models and technical documentation for building services projects. You will support schemes from initial design stages through to project completion, ensuring all models and drawings meet required standards and project objectives. Working alongside engineers and wider project teams, you will help deliver coordinated and buildable mechanical, electrical, and public health designs while promoting BIM best practice and assisting junior team members in their development.
