The main responsibilities are in the areas of project delivery and support of the group management. You should be commercially aware, be able to develop and maintain client relationships, provide technical expertise, provide support to less experienced engineers, ensure quality standards, and adopt and promote the company ethos. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects. Develop project plans and schedules. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis. Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems. Provide technical support to clients. Mentor and train junior engineers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant engineering experience; Minimum of 6 years’ experience in electrical engineering; Strong knowledge of electrical systems design and development. Experience in project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Junior Electrical Engineer

Join a national MEP design consultancy. They provide high-quality comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, and Environmental engineering solutions to a broad range of projects. They are looking to add a Junior Electrical Design Engineer to join their busy team in Bexley. Responsibilities include: Electrical services design including but not limited to LV design including cable sizing, lighting, lighting controls, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and security systems. Preparation and development of concept, feasibility, and detailed design proposals, which include specifications, drawings, and calculations. Ability to use DIALux lighting and Amtech electrical software. Fully proficient in AutoCAD 2D with either some knowledge of the use of Revit or the desire to learn. MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel. Good communication skills are required whilst you accompany colleagues to meetings with clients, other professional design team members, and contractors. Strong technical expertise within electrical building services design, gained working within the UK building services industry for either a consultancy or contractor. Your new role The Belfast office is looking for Senior / Principal Electrical Building Services Engineers to undertake detailed electrical building services designs and drawings for a diverse range of new build projects. Support electrical engineering team lead in delivery of large multi-disciplinary projects.
