Discover modern, healthy ventilation methods improving air quality, wellbeing & efficiency in today’s building designs.

Join the CIBSE Preston Centre for an insightful lunchtime technical session exploring modern methods for clean and healthy ventilation in buildings.

This one hour technical session reports on the recent 1 day seminar held in London and provides a focused look into the presentations made ranging from current applications and successful schemes to air quality research work and future intentions.

These showed that our current design guidance is much more out of date than expected and that we need to see rapid application of tried and tested air quality technologies and the development of new and better design solutions. The good news is that all those that were presented at the seminar showed significant savings on both capital and running costs compared to our current standard approaches, with many extra benefits for people using these new systems – better air quality, better health and wellbeing, less sickness and illness and even improved productivity – at a time when the UK desperately needs it.

Attend this lunch hour event to find out how to be part of the move to create better, healthier and more productive built environments for us all to benefit from.

Date: Tuesday 18 November
Time: 12:00 to 13:00
