Dr. Ioanna brings extensive experience in supporting asset-intensive organisations to create an innovation ecosystem, introduce new technologies and transform their organisation to respond to changing environments. Ioanna spent her early career working with Costain as a site engineer where she worked across major capital project delivery, with projects including the Thames Tideway Tunnel, National Grid Power Tunnels and MAC7 for Highways Agency (now National Highways). Ioanna then worked as the Group R&D Manager for Costain, where she was responsible for an extensive research programme with over 20 PhD students and over £5m in collaborative R&D funding. Ioanna currently works as an Associate Director with KPMG in the Asset Management team as part of the wider Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG) business.
