Martin Fackrell: Fire and Smoke Dampers Control Systems

Martin Fackrell is a fire safety industry veteran and the founder of Mandik UK Limited. Beginning his career as an apprentice at Airstream Ltd, he rose through the ranks to hold senior national sales and technical management positions at Aumüller, SE Controls, and Swegon. In 2020, he established Mandik UK to provide a fresh, integrity-driven approach to fire and smoke control dampers. Today, Martin leads a team of 17 and serves on the technical committees for BESA and the ASFP, driving the highest standards of damper and controls compliance across the UK fire safety market.
