CIBSE YEN London and the Building Performance & Systems group are pleased to invite you to an in‑person panel discussion exploring NABERS and how the UK’s first 5* NABERS building was delivered - from early design intent and mechanical delivery through to operational optimisation and FM leadership.

Sean Harlow - Head of Engineering at 20 Fenchurch Street, Savills

Highly commended for Engineer of the Year at the 2026 CIBSE Building Performance Awards, Sean leads engineering strategy and operational performance at one of London’s most complex commercial assets.


James Lacy-Smith- Sustainability Lead, Phoenix ME

James plays a key role in delivering NABERS targets on site, translating performance ambitions into construction reality and ensuring buildings are set up to achieve high in‑use performance.


Alex Price - Associate, Arup

As project manager, Alex oversaw the delivery of the UK’s first 5* NABERS building, which also won Project of the Year – Workplace at the Building Performance Awards.
