Book NowThe Building Safety Act 2022 requires clear accountability for building safety.
This especially applies to buildings over 18 metres high or 7 storeys tall. The Golden Thread is a digital, secure record of building information that must be maintained throughout a building’s lifecycle. It enables us to identify and manage risks such as fire spread or structural collapse. Data includes design details, building compliance, safety systems and change control documentation. In addition to the above content, one of our speakers will demonstrate a Building Safety Compliance platform.
There will be Q&A and networking following the presentation & refreshments will be provided.
Speakers:
Armand Terruli Associate Partner Sheppard Robson Architects
Phillip Boyce Managing Director Avalon Group
Adrian Morgan CEO Hydrajaws Ltd
Joshua Tobias Gibbins Co-Founder Cloudsafe
