His presence at CIBSE events was constant—whether presenting, curating international speakers, or sparking thoughtful discussion from the audience.
In 2024, he received the CIBSE President’s Certificate of Commendation for his outstanding service to the industry. Jeff mentored countless young engineers and was a driving force behind inclusive, forward-thinking design.
By naming this award in his honour, CIBSE celebrates Jeff’s dedication to nurturing talent, advancing sustainability, and building a stronger engineering community.
