While it is true that technical skills are incumbent for professional growth and success but that coupled with resilient emotional intelligence can help us distinguish as effective leaders. The webinar will provide an overview on the importance of emotional intelligence and how building these competencies can attribute to personal success. Indulge in the conversation with leadership coaches Dina and Valerie as they will talk about how emotional intelligence can help us become better leaders. Speakers: Dina Bsharat and Valerie Miller are both Certified Professional Co-Active Coaches, and Associate Certified Coaches through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching. In addition, Dina holds an International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate from The Academy of Executive Coaching and Valerie is an ORSC Trained Professional Organization and Relationship Coach. Having worked a total of 35 years in the corporate world and navigated massive change in their personal and professional lives, they understand change from the inside out and how it can be supported effectively. Through deep study of many models and methods they've developed a unique, robust, holistic approach to addressing team dynamics during transformational times.
