From the launch of the Society of Vertical Transportation in September 2025 through to the first AGM in 2026 the CIBSE Lifts Group committee will be responsible for running SoVT.
For the first AGM in 2026 current SoVT members and existing members of the CIBSE Lifts Group will be eligible to vote for the new SoVT committee. Subsequently only corporate members of SoVT will be eligible to vote. This includes grades Licentiate, Associate, Member and Fellow grades.
