A recent survey conducted by the Federation of European Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Associations, involving 46 professionals from 14 European countries, underscored the evolving skill sets required for future engineers. The findings, published in June 2023, emphasise the importance of collaboration between academia and industry to develop curricula that reflect real-world challenges and opportunities.
