This webinar focused on decarbonising our historic buildings including innovative techniques for reducing carbon emissions while maintaining the unique character of listed properties. It explored the intersection of heritage preservation and environmental sustainability.

This is the first of a series of webinars on “Vernacular Intelligence” co-organised by CIBSE Heritage Retrofit Group and CIBSE Intelligent Building Group. A key aim of this series is to explore the complexity of vernacular buildings and how it can help to develop ZERO Carbon and SUSTAINABLE solutions for the future.
