The CIBSE Women in Building Services Engineering (WiBSE) mission is to inspire the next generation and create a support network that will enable more women to join, stay and progress within our industry and Institution.

- Increase and retain the number of women in the Building Services Industry
- Improve life for those women already working in the sector by providing advice, encouragement, support, mentoring and training
- Address the gender imbalance issues
- Provide networking events for members
To work to increase the number of women choosing a career in all sectors of the building services industry, to support those already in the industry to enable them to achieve their career goals and to encourage more women to join the Institution and contribute to its governance and activities.
Membership is free and you don't have to be a CIBSE member.
Men as well as women are welcome to join.
