Summary of Type of Courses and Area of Specialisms Offered:
Risk and energy reduction programme for data centre operators held on site with multi-disciplinary teams, including facilities management engineers, IT professionals and data centre managers. The course material is adapted according to the needs of the facility, client and audience. A range of modules are available covering risk and reliability, air management and energy savings. Courses are typically composed of a series of full day workshops which conclude with participants preparing and delivering a presentation to their management on their findings and reccommended action plan of improvements. Our team holds periodic follow-up meetings for a one year period after this presentation to support delivery. The same approach is applied to other areas of project cycle, e.g. client requirements and design brief workshops. In addition, specific courses on air mangement, cooling systems and root cause analysis are available. These vary in length between one and three days.
