The presence of CIBSE UK leadership team in Sydney in March provided an opportunity for a special recognition for one of the hardest working CIBSE members in the Region, Mat Klintfalt.
In 2022, Mat was awarded CIBSE's Bronze Medal for his distinguished service that commenced with the inaugural ANZ YEN Committee in 2010. In his early years, Mat served as one of the early YEN Chairs and made his largest mark on the region through his services as ANZ Treasurer from 2014 to 2022. Mat's tenure saw significant improvements in the way the region's finances are managed, paving the way for ambitious events, initiatives and importantly our local paid staff.
At the March NSW technical seminar, recently elected ANZ Chair Phil Senn was thrilled to say some words of thank you while CIBSE President Kevin Mitchell presented Mat with the Bronze medal.
