CIBSE MENA Awards 2025 recognised outstanding talent and innovation

The second annual CIBSE MENA Awards (previously the CIBSE UAE awards) took place on 30 October at the W Palm Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai. The revitalised initiative aims to honour and celebrate the outstanding achievements of engineers, projects, and companies across the Middle East and North Africa Region.

Organised by CIBSE, in collaboration with the CIBSE UAE Region, the awards aim to:

  • Recognise excellence: Celebrate the outstanding achievements of engineers, consultants, students, and project teams who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in building performance.
  • Champion innovation: Showcase cutting-edge technologies and forward-thinking design approaches that are shaping the future of the built environment in the region.
  • Promote professionalism: Highlight the value of CIBSE membership and the positive impact of continuing professional development across the engineering profession.
  • Build community: Bring together the CIBSE community across MENA, fostering collaboration, networking, and shared learning among professionals and organisations committed to engineering a better built environment.
