This Award recognises and celebrates examples of collaborative working that have delivered outstanding outcomes on single or multiple new build, refurbishment, design or maintenance projects.
It rewards the use of integrated processes that deliver outstanding measured building performance in terms of user satisfaction and comfort, energy and carbon, health and wellbeing and whole life value.
Eligibility
Entries in this category are welcome from UK or international collaborations.
Entries should be based on projects completed during the period 1 June 2019 to 31 August 2022.
Entries may be submitted by any or all members (together) of the project team and should be accompanied by a full year of operational data.
