The Judges will be looking for entries which demonstrate clear objectives and outcomes, and which show how the organisation(s) implemented a learning and development initiative either alone or as a partnership or consortium.

Your submission for this award should include evidence of:

The nature of the initiative and how it leads to better building performance.

Any special challenges or constraints experienced in the development of the initiative and how they were overcome.

Examples of learning resources produced and how they were used.

The successful application of the initiative and its impacts (actual or intended).

How the success of the programme was measured.

Examples of feedback collected and the impact on the initiative.

How will the learning from this initiative be shared and continue to have an impact within the organisation and more widely?
