With more than 1,900 employees and over 2,000 successfully completed projects, the company delivers consultancy, engineering, project management, construction supervision, and commercial management services to the highest international standards across three core sectors: City Wide Infrastructure — including smart city systems, command centres, district cooling, water treatment and desalination plants, infrastructure networks, power distribution, telecommunications, drainage, and transportation systems Building Engineering — including architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, telecommunications, and LEED-certified developments High Voltage Engineering — including distribution systems, SCADA systems, design management, and construction supervision As part of their continued regional growth, they are seeking an exceptional Head of Infrastructure and MEP to lead the division from Riyadh and oversee major projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.   The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role for an experienced engineering executive with a strong track record delivering large-scale MEP and infrastructure projects across the GCC and wider Middle East. Reporting to executive leadership, the Head of Infrastructure & MEP will drive strategic growth, technical excellence, operational performance, and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of complex developments spanning infrastructure, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, transport, and giga-project sectors throughout the MENA region. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of engineering delivery within one of the region’s most respected consultancies. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Infrastructure & MEP division across multiple regional projects Oversee full project lifecycle delivery from concept design through to commissioning Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and senior project leadership Drive operational excellence, profitability, and delivery performance Ensure compliance with international engineering, quality, and HSE standards Develop strong relationships with developers, consultants, government authorities, and contractors Support innovation, sustainability initiatives, and smart infrastructure integration Contribute to strategic business development and regional expansion plans Requirements We are seeking a commercially driven engineering leader with deep technical expertise and strong regional market knowledge. Senior Electrical Engineer

Client: This organisation provides creative, sustainable and energy efficient design solutions from concept through to delivery for national contractors, end users and developers.  They have an impressive portfolio of MEP schemes (up to £80m) and are growing from strength to strength in a sector dominating the Engineering industry. They are seeking a Senior Electrical Design engineer to join their expanding team to help deliver some of the outstanding buildings and projects that they work on including schemes across the education, high rise residential, large-scale commercial, stadia, and healthcare sectors. While a solid technical understanding of Electrical Building Services is required, they are looking for an individual with the ability to think laterally and apply learning and experience to new challenges.  It's also vitally important every member of the team shares their values which embodies their approach to project delivery. Role: The purpose of this role is to provide the Electrical Design and Technical expertise in supporting project delivery.  Working closely with the Project team, Project Leader and wider Design Team whilst contributing to consistency in delivery and technical knowledge. Recording and imparting knowledge and lessons learnt to the wider team for the benefit of all. Utilise technical excellence and latest industry thinking within project delivery.
