This role is well suited to a building services professional with experience in asset surveying and lifecycle assessment, looking to develop within a consultancy environment focused on data-led decision making and asset performance. You will play a key role in capturing and analysing M&E asset condition data, supporting clients with long-term asset management and investment planning. Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Professional accreditation with the RICS or equivalent professional body.
