What you will do As an MEP Revit Technician, you will: Use Revit MEP to produce coordinated and accurate technical drawings and models for mechanical, electrical and public health services Work across all RIBA stages, from early concept design through to technical delivery and construction Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure effective coordination between disciplines Contribute to model development, drawing packages and project documentation Support high-quality design outcomes that are both practical and aligned with the architectural vision What you will bring A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within the building services sector Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, with a good understanding of model setup, drawing production and coordination workflows Familiarity with UK building regulations and how they apply to technical design Experience working across various project stages, ideally with exposure to both new build and refurbishment schemes A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a team-focused working culture Why this role stands out This is not a standard technician role. Take responsibility for solid technical delivery in your work either alone or as part of a team. Work with minimal supervision and you may be responsible for your own individual projects. In this role the ability to react efficiently to multiple tasks and tight deadlines is essential. About You: To be successful in this role you’ll need: Proven experience working as a Mechanical Engineer or closely related role, with a track record delivering on a variety of complex projects. Understanding of all mechanical services including heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment, with excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients, and a team-based work approach. Use of relevant software/tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. Self-awareness, an open mind, and a spirit of generosity. Conversant with relevant British Standards. Consultancy experience.
