Your new roleAs a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering electrical building services design across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to design development, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist with electrical building services design from concept through to detailed stages. Produce and review design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Work collaboratively with mechanical, sustainability, and structural engineering teams. Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and support project delivery. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Contribute to improving processes, design quality, and technical excellence within the department. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in electrical building services engineering within a consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, wiring regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in relevant design software such as Amtech, Dialux/Relux, and CAD/Revit experience is beneficial. Ability to manage your own workload and lead elements of projects independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
