As an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer, you'll work on both new builds and refurbishment projects across the education, listed, healthcare, emergency services, defence, and residential sectors. This will ensure you develop into a well-rounded, commercially aware engineer and understand the bigger picture, rather than just electrical services. Requirements: Degree qualified in Building Services or Electrical Engineering. At least two years' experience in a similar role. Able to produce calculations, specifications, and equipment schedules, and attend site visits and progress meetings.

Supply Chain Manager
Your new company The organisation is a leading provider of water and wastewater services for businesses in the United Kingdom. It operates within the competitive non-domestic water markets across the region. The company is a subsidiary of a publicly owned utility serving the residential market. Your new role Deliver strong supply chain management performance while supporting strategic projects to improve customer service. Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic supplier relationships, working closely with internal business partners. Oversee all aspects of contract management and the full contract life cycle, including tendering and contract negotiation. Ensure day-to-day contractual performance is managed, and business requirements are delivered on time and on cost. Drive the strategic direction and continuous improvement plans for supply chain activities. Provide detailed analysis and reporting on contractual and supplier performance, as well as expenditure analysis for improvement opportunities. Provide timely updates and engage stakeholders on all aspects of supply chain management. Drive supplier performance across quality, cost, and volume, with a focus on wider quality and assurance issues. Ensure suppliers have the required inputs to deliver excellent service/goods. Document key supply chain activities with identified owners and ensure KPIs/SLAs are included in supplier contracts or internal activities. Support the development of supplier relationship strategy with proactive engagement. What you'll need to succeed CIPS qualification (or significant progress towards it). Experience developing contract terms and conditions, and extensive contract negotiation. Proven track record in contract management or a senior buyer role. Experience with invitation to tender processes, from statement of work to integration of new partners. Strong relationship management, driving commercial value and performance through major contracts. Experience managing contracts, developing SLAs/KPIs, and managing third-party suppliers. Experience in procurement activities and delivering procurement value. Strong leadership and ability to inspire trust and commitment. Excellent influencing skills, commercial acumen, and professional integrity. Sound negotiation and analytical ability, with a record of achieving commercial targets. High attention to detail and strategic thinking. Good understanding of broader business objectives and strategic planning. Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office. Effective written and verbal communication at all levels, including with senior leaders in supplier organisations. Self-motivation and ability to work as a team player and leader.
