Qualifications: Educated to degree level in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent), and having gained relevant experience within a consultancy environment (design and coordination of electrical distribution and power generation, lighting, security systems etc), you should be well versed in the use of relevant design software including ProDesign (Amtech) and ideally, Revit and Dialux. You have proven ability in producing low energy design solutions, carrying out site inspections and surveys, detail design development, and crucially – you have a passion for creative and intuitive design. Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential. Accredited and active members of many professional institutes, they are a registered designer for network substations up to and including 33kV and ensure business continuity for mission critical infrastructures. They are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development and implementation of compliant strategies within their projects. Responsibilities: Prepare and present technical evidence, calculations, and design support for healthcare specific building services systems. Collaborate effectively with clients and external design teams (architectural, structural, quantity surveying). Mentor and guide junior and intermediate engineers within the Power Infrastructure design team.
