With five experienced professionals already in place, the team is expanding and looking to add three new hires: a Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, a Junior Electrical Design Engineer, and a Building Services Revit Technician.The company is known for delivering high-quality MEP design solutions across sectors such as healthcare, student accommodation, and commercial developments. Their approach combines technical excellence with a collaborative, people-first culture.Your new role As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll take the lead on mechanical design elements across a range of building services projects. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, attend client meetings, and support junior engineers. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to help shape the future of a newly established regional office.You'll be involved in projects from concept through to completion, contributing to sustainable design strategies and ensuring technical quality throughout.What you'll need to succeed Strong experience in mechanical building services design Solid understanding of HVAC systems and building regulations Experience in healthcare or residential projects is beneficial. Senior Mechanical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer

They are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join the team. As a Senior/Principal Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Electrical design solutions for a range of building services projects, from initial concept through to final delivery. You will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to the success of our exciting and challenging projects, while working with a dynamic and innovative team that makes a positive impact on the built environment. Responsibilities: Lead the electrical design on complex and large-scale projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare and industrial. Manage the delivery of electrical design solutions in accordance with British Standards and relevant codes of practice. Produce detailed electrical designs and specifications for projects, ensuring compliance with performance requirements and energy efficiency standards. Undertake detailed calculations and simulations to validate the electrical design solutions. Attend site visits and meetings with clients, architects, and contractors. Work collaboratively with other engineers and design team members to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met. Mentor junior engineers to ensure their development and provide technical guidance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging electrical design technologies and practices. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 6 years' UK experience in electrical design engineering within the building services industry. ideally Chartered Engineer status. Knowledge and experience of British Standards and relevant codes of practice. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience in using electrical design software such as Amtech, Dialux, or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
