M&E BIM Coordinator
Your new company We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the UK and Ireland's Building Services sector. Their BIM team ensures accurate, coordinated, and data-rich models that drive efficiency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Your new role As a BIM Coordinator based in Birmingham, you'll develop and manage fully coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks. You'll lead model coordination workshops, manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), and work closely with prefabrication teams to produce fabrication-ready models and detailed construction drawings. You'll validate installations during construction and produce accurate as-installed models for commissioning and handover. A key part of your role will involve supporting sustainability goals by using BIM data to track embodied carbon and energy strategies. What you'll need to succeed Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination. Ability to interpret MEP schematics, layouts, and fabrication drawings. Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within the MEP sector, ideally across all project stages. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Desirable: Experience preparing fabrication-level models and drawings for offsite manufacturing. Senior Mechanical Engineer

Providing support and leadership to Junior/Trainee Engineers. Leading the development of the design aspects within your control to achieve the desired outcomes in the most efficient manner. Consistent application of the latest learning and development initiatives and opportunities as identified through the development process. Technical Standards Carrying out design calculations and providing technical input to ensure solutions are correctly implemented. Creating drawings, reports and specifications that clearly demonstrate the requirements of the system/project to communicate information appropriately. Striving to develop knowledge and understand of all aspects of building services design to provide a greater depth of expertise. Utilising digital delivery resource in ensuring consistency in quality of delivered material whilst meeting project deadlines. Recording and imparting knowledge and lessons learnt to the wider team for the benefit of all. Utilise technical excellence and latest industry thinking within project delivery. Ensuring the project QA process is adhered to and utilised by default. They are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development and implementation of compliant strategies within their projects. Responsibilities: Prepare and present technical evidence, calculations, and design support for healthcare specific building services systems.
