The Role This is an opportunity to take ownership of design work and project delivery within a collaborative consultancy. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and project managers on a variety of infrastructure projects, producing adoptable and private designs to current standards. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver highway, drainage, and external works layouts for residential and commercial developments. Prepare and review drawings and technical reports in line with Section 278, 38, 104, and 106 agreements. Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage (InfoDrainage) to produce detailed design packages. Undertake SuDS design, ground modelling, and earthworks analysis . Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal design teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality outputs. Support junior team members where required and contribute to a positive team culture. Requirements Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (BEng/MEng or equivalent). 2–6 years’ experience in civil infrastructure design. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage (InfoDrainage) .
