You'll have the opportunity to lead small to medium-sized projects, and develop your skills and knowledge in Building Performance Engineering, Passivhaus, and Nabers. Requirements Degree qualified in Building Services, Mechanical, Energy, or Environmental Engineering. Able to work in the UK (They do not provide sponsorship) Proficient with IESVe, h2x, or Hevacomp At least 12 months of experience working as an HVAC Design Engineer. Currently working for a building services or multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy.

Damp and Mould Surveyor
Location: OxfordRate: £300 - £350 a day Title: Damp and Mould Surveyor Job Purpose:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Damp and Mould Building Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing issues related to damp, mould, and condensation in residential and commercial properties. This role is critical in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of occupants, as well as maintaining the integrity of the building fabric. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed inspections and surveys of properties to diagnose causes of damp, mould, and condensation. Prepare comprehensive reports with findings, photographic evidence, and recommendations for remedial action. Advise on appropriate treatment methods and oversee the implementation of remedial works. Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and best practice. Provide expert advice and training to colleagues and stakeholders on damp and mould prevention and management. Support disrepair claims and legal proceedings with technical evidence and expert witness reports when required. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in building surveying with a strong focus on damp and mould diagnostics. In-depth knowledge of building pathology, moisture ingress, ventilation systems, and remedial treatments. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload. Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Proficient in using surveying tools and software. Qualifications: Knowledge of Building Pathology Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is desirable. Valid UK driving licence (if site visits are required). Desirable Attributes: Experience working in social housing or local authority environments. Awareness of the impact of damp and mould on vulnerable tenants and a commitment to safeguarding. Knowledge of energy efficiency and retrofit measures. What to do next. They specialise in live environment projects which include Medical, Offices and banks across London. Project values generally fall between £250k - £500k. They are seeking an Electrical Project Manager (with mechanical and fabric knowledge) to join the team on a Temporary basis and can offer work up until the end of January 2026. Looking to start early October. THE JOB – ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER Monday – Friday / 7am – 4pm The Electrical Project Manager will be Site & Office Based, reporting to a Senior Project Manager and will have a Site Manager beneath them. The sites will all be within live environment and you will be running multiple projects at one time within the £250k - £500k value range. You will be responsible for Project Delivery from start to completion and will be running up to 2 projects at any one time. Experience in the above is essential.
