Mechanical Associate - To £85K + Package + Up to 15% Bonus With projects ranging from the largest regeneration project in Europe (€8 billion), data centres, to the sensitive refurbishment of Grade I and Grade II Listed buildings, this is a unique opportunity. As a Mechanical Associate, you'll work directly with (not just for) the founding Director, a charismatic, chartered engineer who never compromises on quality. As a Mechanical Associate, you'll liaise directly with architects, developers, and project managers. You'll set client briefs, review or produce designs, manage technical delivery, and ensure smooth coordination across all disciplines. You'll manage the mechanical team, review their IESVe and Revit models, and be accountable for the technical and financial success of projects.
