As a registered Charity, CIBSE operates for the public benefit and any legacy or donation, large or small, makes a difference to our work.
Legacies and donations can be left:
- For the Institution's general charitable use, meaning the Trustees will choose where to spend this wisely;
- To the CIBSE Benevolent Fund, which helps our CIBSE Members and their dependants who are going through hardship; or
- To our Education Fund, which helps with bursaries and special projects in schools, colleges and universities, to attract young people into the exciting profession of building services engineering.
