Explore Market Square Adelaide’s mechanical services, smart building integration and innovative Energy-as-a-Service Central Energy Plant.

Join CIBSE South Australia (SA) Chapter members, guests and building services professionals for an exclusive site tour and technical presentation at the new Market Square Adelaide commercial office development.

Discover the mechanical services design, commissioning and systems integration behind this impressive development, including its Central Energy Plant (CEP) and integrated Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) solution—one of the first of its kind in Adelaide’s commercial market.

The session will explore the challenges and solutions involved in delivering high performance HVAC and ventilation systems, alongside integrated Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy management technologies. Gain valuable insights into how these systems work together to enhance building performance, operational efficiency and energy management.

The tour will be led by Ellis Air, responsible for the installation and commissioning of the base-building mechanical services, in collaboration with Automated Air, which delivered the BMS. Operational Intelligence will also share insights into the integrated network and its collaboration with Ellis Air in delivering the Energy-as-a-Service Central Energy Plant.

This event is ideal for building services engineers, consultants, contractors and students seeking practical insights into commissioning, systems integration and next generation energy solutions for commercial buildings.

Places are limited, so register early to secure your spot!

The event will conclude with drinks and nibbles at The Hotel Metropolitan, with thanks to our sponsors.
