Since the last edition in 2009, the world of building metering has changed dramatically, and the new TM39 reflects this shift with expanded content on stakeholder engagement, meter selection, communications architecture, installation troubleshooting, commissioning, and data analytics, as well as detailed appendices on key topics such as Part L compliance and tenant billing.
